PLAN YOUR VISIT

Everything you need to know to help you plan your visit to EddyFest.

KEY INFORMATION

The main EddyFest event takes place on Saturday 8th August 2026, with gates opening from 2pm and live music starting from 3pm.

Music on the main stage will finish at 10pm.

If you are staying onsite, early arrivals are welcome from 4pm on Friday 7th August, giving you time to settle in, enjoy some food and drinks, and ease into the festival weekend.

Guests staying onsite can remain until 11am on Sunday morning.

GETTING HERE!

TRAIN

Mortimer train station is 1 mile away from the venue, easy to reach from Reading & Basingstoke.

TAXIS

We are working with local taxi and minibus firms to make them aware of the event.  It is however recommended to pre-book your transportation to and from the venue.

CAR & PARKING

If you are planning to drive to the event and are not staying onsite, you will need to purchase a Parking Permit so we can manage traffic flow effectively. This can be selected as an add-on option when booking your ticket.
Please note that if you leave your car unattended overnight, you do so at your own risk. The parking area will not be staffed or monitored overnight.
Spaces are limited, so we strongly recommend booking your parking permit in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you are camping overnight, you will be able to park near to the camp site.  You will be given a permit to add in your windscreen when you arrive.
